Brief
The steel supplier on the project wanted N Field Projects to provide project management as this particular project was outside of their normal working area. This involved planning, building design and site management.
Description
Once the planning had been revised, the design of the building could be finalised and ordered.
Pricing for groundworks contractors was organised and a start date agreed with NFP meeting on the first day to agree the set-out position and levels.
Regular site meetings with the erection team and a sign off ensured the build met the quality expected by the client.
